What is your return policy?

We understand that sometimes mistakes happen or you may change your mind. You can return unopened items, in their original condition (including any sticker seal on mats or clear plastic for towels), within 14 days of the date you received them for a refund. Shipping charges from your original order and return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot issue refunds for items that don’t arrive. To return an item, please contact our customer support team (hello@oneself.store) to obtain a return request, then send the securely packaged item with the slip to the address provided by our customer care team.
