OUR STORY
One Self™ began in a hot yoga class when I grew tired of constantly adjusting a scrunched, sliding towel instead of focusing on her breath and movement.
After class, she started sketching a solution - a towel and mat that snap together with one click in each corner to stay perfectly aligned.
What started as a personal fix has grown into a patent-pending design created to support stability, confidence, and flow for every body and every level of practice.
